b) Kapal Bharti Pranayam- Inahale slow & normal & exhale quick & forceful. This technique is powerful & aids proper digestion, weight loss and a flat tummy if done regularly. Make sure you do the breathing exercises on an empty stomach. Repeat for 10 minutes.


2. Drink Hot Liquids

Drink 2 glasses of warm water every morning on empty stomach. Add turmeric and ginger while heating it, strain the remains of ginger and consume everyday. It will help to keep your throat clean and prevent any infections. Avoid chilled beverages and stick to hot liquids. Enjoy tea and coffee with your loved ones, this does make a difference in increasing your immunity.
